How I Found My Voice as an Artist

It is one of those days where I am lost in scrolling mode on Instagram looking for something, but I am not sure what…

I come across an ad for Milan Art Institute and click on it. The program looks impressive, but I wonder, is this just another one of those scams? There are so many scams out there. We are always on alert and can never be sure of anything anymore.

Then I come across this:

"Find your voice as an artist."

I am hooked. If I had a bucket list this would be on it. I decide to sign up for the course and dedicate the next year and a half of my free time to this art program.

I am currently wrapping up the mastery program and I'm thrilled that I decided to join it in October 2023. It required a significant investment of both time and money, often involving late nights. I've noticed significant enhancements in my art. But have I discovered my voice?

YES and…

I discovered that it's something I've always possessed. I can sense its authenticity because I feel it deeply. I believe that if it's your true voice, you can feel it and have an inner certainty. Through the program, I learned to better identify my voice and express it more artistically, with greater confidence and skill. However, I know, and I am excited that it will be a lifelong journey for me to find new ways to express myself through my art and rediscover my voice over and over again.
